Police discovered a network of gadgets found inside a Fort Wayne man’s pants, they believe he used to take videos and pictures up women’s skirts at an Indianapolis mall.

David Delagrange, 40 was arrested in Indianapolis, Saturday, after police say he used a camera attached to his shoe to look up women’s skirts in Castleton Mall.

According to Indianapolis Metro Police, one officer working part-time at the mall was told a man was approaching women in dresses and getting very close to them and would place his right foot under their dress.

When the officer approached Delagrange, he raised his arms and clinched his fist in front of the officer, nearly hitting him with his elbows.

The officer then tased Delagrange for two cycles due to Delagrange not cooperating and took him into custody.

Officers found Delagrange, an engineer, had a very sophisticated camera and audio recording system attached to his right shoe and controls for video and audio in his pockets which were wired to the shoe through his pants.

Delagrange had been taking video of women under their dresses and skirts without them being aware. One of the victims in the mall is also believed to be a juvenile.

“This is something that was designed specifically to invade somebody’s privacy and to assault their dignity,” said IMPD Sgt. Matt Mount.

District detectives were able to get search warrants for storage devices in his home and vehicle. Fort Wayne police assisting in serving those warrants. Officers confiscated video surveillance DVD’s, photos from a media card and the actual shoe camera system.

Delagrange is facing Voyeurism, Resisting Law Enforcement and C Felony Child Exploitation charges, although he may not get into any further trouble.

An Atlanta man is under arrest, charged with trying to use a mirror to look up the skirt of a teenage girl.

27 year old Bruce David Comstock was spotted, in the act, by security guards at Nordstrom’s in The Mall of Georgia on Saturday. According to the police report, he was using the small mirror to look up the dress of a 15 year old girl.

Comstock is charged with felony child molestation and is currently free on bail.

The girl and her mother told police that they had noticed a man following them through the mall.

So I think the lesson here kids is, if you want to look or film up womens skirts then

Upskirting Police Officer Arrested in Macys Store Using his Cell Phone

Kvue News has reported that tonight, a local police officer is facing charges for peeping on women in a store dressing room and recording it on his cell phone.

Austin police were called to the Macy’s department store in Barton Creek Square Mall on February 9th.

Officers with the store had detained 23-year-old Brandon Gilroy. Police say he had been hanging around the junior miss department and went inside the dressing room where he was caught using his cell phone to record video of a woman undressing in the stall next to his.

“What he confessed to or admitted to and it’s in the probable cause affidavit it placing the cell phone camera on the top of his foot and then sliding his foot underneath the divider between the two stalls and recording whatever it would pick up,” said Julie O’Brien, the Commander of APD’s Violent Crimes Unit.

Police say upskirt videos, like this one on You Tube, are often uploaded onto the Internet, so they executed search warrants for Gilroy’s cell phone and home computer.

“I’m not going to comment exactly at this point as to what we found on his home computer, but I will say that we have not recovered any evidence at this point that he was taking any of these images and uploading them to the Internet or to any voyeuristic type site,” said O’Brien.

At this point, investigators say their evidence indicates Gilroy only recorded women undressing at the store and not on the St. Edward’s campus where he was a police officer. But that did little to allay students’ concerns.

“He hasn’t done anything here that we know, but for him to be doing it elsewhere you don’t know what could have happened if he wasn’t caught now would it have been something that happened at St. Edward’s,” said Meagan Ryan, a sophomore at St. Edward’s.

“It’s going to make me kind of second guess my security and my privacy, I mean if a police officer can do that then no telling who else,” said Celeste Delarosa, a junior at St. Edward’s.
Police want to speak to anyone who may have seen Gilroy at Barton Creek Square Mall from January 28Th through February 9Th. They specifically want to talk to the white female with reddish blond hair who police say briefly confronted Gilroy in the junior miss dressing room on February 9th.

So be careful out there kids when your snapping a few videos and you get stopped by a police officer. He might not be planning to arrest you, he might only be wanting to exchange a few vids.

This is the sort of film which is an invasion on women’s privacy…..especially if they have dirty knickers.

Use Clicksor Advertising as a Publisher and kill off your visitors.

One major problem with owning adult web sites with free access, is making ends meet with advertising. As a publisher there are many advertising companies, but too few who will accept web sites containing adult content. However Clicksor is one company that does. Sadly I heard their payout rate was lousy, but a dollar a day is better than none right?
Signing up is easy, and their approval was a breeze. The control panel was easy to use and although their site was painfully slow I obtained the code for everything, pop-ups, pop-unders, banners, and in line text ads.
Admittedly using this maximum impact was not a welcomed experience to visitors, I did offer the option for members to pay a small fee to avoid the advertising.
My first payout was in April 2006 for a whopping $24 and basically it remained in or around $25-30 a month there after. I had quite a few complaints from members and some left saying their computers had got infected. With no evidence, because I also was able to avoid these ads, a member sent me a email containing the malicious code that had infected his computer via Clicksor advertising.
I contacted Clicksor immediately with this email.

As time went on I received complaints from members but without proof to submit to Clicksor I was at a loss. To lessen the impact on visitors, and because I was also using another advertiser, I removed the inline text-links, or lets put it this way I tried to remove them having discovered I needed to submit a support ticket for that to happen. It seems this is added to your web site by default and you have no control over it. Having visited my site as a guest I got to witness just how bad their ILT advertising was, with links all over the pages causing complete disruption. Even though the inserted code for inline text ads had “show=false”, they still showed on my pages, this is their reply to my ticket.

My curiosity got the better of me and I clicked on one of the video’s on the popup “PornTube”; that occasionally shows up when I first sign on. Of course the vid wouldn’t load, and a message comes up that I am missing an Active X file and I’ll need to download it. The first time or two this happened over the last few weeks, I stopped there. This week I went ahead and downloaded the “setup” file. And….sure enough… It tries to load the trojan horse known as “Win 32 TrojanDownloader.Zlob”. I have very good virus protection via NOD32 and Spy Sweeper, so I think I killed it right off the bat. We’ll see. I’m not sure If you have any control over their site or if they are doing it intentionally or whatever, but that is a major pain in the ass trojan horse to clean. Your asking a lot for the little payment we receive, I have given enough time on this and supplied info and if you consider yourselves to be responsible you should at least investigate the matter and make sure publishers are not infecting their visitors with clicksor/yesup advertising. This is not the first time viruses have been distributed through you on my site, and we as publishers have no control over what crap is being targeted on our sites therefore it is your responsibility to make sure the advertising is CLEAN as its the website owners who have to deal with the complaints caused by your lack of security checks on advertisers. I may well seek advice on some web hosting forums I cant believe this can keep happening, the little money I earn is lost by visitors who keep away from the site.

I then removed all code from my website except one small banner advert. I left that so I could top-up the minimum pay out after which I removed all code leaving my account with Clicksor with zero cents.
Has things improved since? nope if you search the web or twitter you will discover publishers are still having malicious code placed on their web sites through Clicksor/Yesup. Just recently they have launched a file sharing service, now if they were to put the same effort into vetting their advertisers as they do into trying to develop new businesses plans then maybe they could build up their advertising network with positive reputation and recommendations….oh and increase publishers earnings, I didn’t realize how abysmal they were until I used another company and was paid more, and without the need to litter my web site with pop-ups, pop-unders, and contextual advertising.
Incidentally I visited a site not too long ago and received this warning and a blocked page from my Nod32 Anti virus. So here you go Clicksor you can have this report including the screenshot for free while you all sit around dreaming up your next brain storm whilst infecting computers.

PORTSMOUTH — A Nottingham man found guilty of attempting to take pictures up a woman’s skirt during Market Square Day in 2008 had his charges dropped by a Superior Court judge on Monday after the upskirt victim failed to show up for trial.
Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams said all charges against 63 year old Paul Holter of 55 Smoke St. were dropped by Rockingham County Superior Court Judge Diane M. Nicolosi because the upskirt victim and her husband refused to show up for trial.
“They said they had already missed three days work when the case was in the Portsmouth District Court. said Reams. ” We explained that it was likely that the defendants might get the case dismissed and they understood that may happen.” said Reams
Holter was found guilty of a Class A misdemeanor count of attempted violation of privacy in Portsmouth District Court in April 2009 after a two-day trial. He was sentenced in May and fined $500 and sentenced to a suspended six-month jail term. He was also ordered to undergo a sex-offender evaluation and was banned from using a camera for the next two years.
He appealed the finding to the higher court shortly after his conviction at the district court level.

Prosecutors were refused a rescheduled hearing, and the court dismissed the case. The terms of his original sentence are now void.

On March 10, 2009, a 30-year-old woman testified she was seated on a curb at Market Square Day when she looked across the street and saw a man, later identified as Holter, taking “indecent” photos of her.

A 41-year-old Murrieta man who allegedly aimed a cell phone up a woman’s dress and took photographs of her panties was free Monday on $2,500 bail. Humberto Rocha Cisneros was arrested Friday at a 99 Cents Only store in the 25200 block of Madison Avenue, according to Murrieta police Sgt. Rob Driscoll.
Cisneros was confronted by another woman who observed the alleged Panty upskirter taking photo’s and took his cell phone away and notified the store personnel.

There is a loophole in Indiana’s voyeurism law that does not prohibit individuals from taking videos or upskirt pictures of another person’s private area in public. With camera phones becoming more popular, the ability for people to secretly take photographs of upskirts has dramatically increased. The current law prohibits taking photos of a person without his or her consent in a private place – bath, dressing room, restroom and shower, but provides no protection for public places and does not yet address distribution on the Internet.
However some old fart who’s trying to justify his corn ration is trying to put a lens cover on it all.
State Sen. Tom Wyss from Fort Wayne filed legislation on Tuesday to help protect residents of the U.S. State of Indiana by making it illegal to take or distribute “upskirt” pictures or video of a person in public.
“I felt compelled to author this legislation after hearing public concerns and media reports about a loophole in Indiana’s voyeurism law that doesn’t prohibit individuals from taking video or pictures of another person’s private area in public,” Wyss said. “As camera phones have become more popular, the ability for people to secretly take photographs has dramatically increased.”
If passed, Senate Bill 101 would make taking an inappropriate picture or video a Class ‘A’ misdemeanor – a crime punishable by up to one year in prison. If the person publishes or forwards an image via the Internet the crime becomes a Class ‘D’ felony – punishable by up to three years in prison.
“Voyeurs are taking advantage of new technology to secretly film and photograph unsuspecting victims in compromising positions,” Wyss said. “Some of these opportunists then publish the video or images on Web sites featuring inappropriate shots of women in public places. Advances in technology have made updates to our law a necessity.”
I have to agree. I think these public upskirt pictures are an infringement on a persons privacy. Would anyone welcome pictures on the internet of their nether regions especially if they’ve had an accident such as mushy fart or a huge skid mark in their drawers. A third nurse, known as Miss A, claimed that while she worked for Barton between 2000 and 2002 he would regularly pull the back of her underwear as she bent over to fetch instruments.

He would also tug at her bra strap over her clothes and try to unclip it.

Barton propositioned a fourth nurse, Miss C, in the car park after a late shift, telling her: “You know where I am if you want a bit of fun.” He said the comment was meant in jest. The panel said he had not been indecent towards Miss C but his behaviour had been inappropriate and unprofessional.

“You behaved inappropriately and unprofessionally towards four dental nurses who worked with you and your behaviour towards three of them was indecent,” the tribunal chairman said. “The committee is determined that public protection and the wider public interest outweigh the interests of any registrant in a case such as this which demonstrates a pattern of indecent and inappropriate sexual behaviour.”

CHICAGO – An Chicago gay bar popular with cross dressers now requires them to show a valid photo ID that matches their “gender presentation.” Put another way, they now need a photo ID that shows them in drag.
Hunters Nightclub in Elk Grove, Ill., reluctantly imposed its new ID requirement because cross-dressing prostitutes were advertising on Craig’s List and mentioning the establishment, said manager Peter Landorf.

“They’re implying they’re coming here,” said Landorf, whose new rule could cut down on his cross-dressing clientele. “If it is prostitution in any form, that could cost me my liquor license.”
Under the new admission rule, cross dressers must have a government-issued photo ID that looks like the person presenting it at the bar. That, of course, is a serious hurdle for people like Andy, a “part-time transgender woman” who lives in Goshen, Ind., but goes to Chicago to “dress” as Jeanette.
The ID requirement is unfair, he said.
“Since I am not a full-time trans, it is not really feasible for me to have my femme’ photo on my license,” he said. “I do not even know if they would allow it. … This is discrimination, pure and simple.”
And, according to Ed Yohnka, spokesman for the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois, it could be.
“The fact is, if they are only requiring this of cross-dressers, that would be problematic because it would single out cross-dressers or transsexuals for a special burden,” Yohnka said. “Under the Illinois Human Rights Act, they can’t do that.”
Many people, Andy said, don’t look like the photo on their government-issued ID.
“I and others like me basically go into Hunters in costume 1/8as women 3/8,” he said, “and now our government-issued ID needs to reflect this, even if we live our daily lives primarily as men?”

On a Friday or Saturday night, he said there are typically a dozen or more men at the bar dressed as women. Most, he said, are just trying to be themselves.
Landorf isn’t unsympathetic and said bar staff is working on coming up with another solution.

A Kirinyaga prison warden has chased out his wife over an incident involving the purchase of three pairs of used panties.

The incident occurred last week in Ngurubani Township of Mwea Division, Kenya.

A Pison Warders wife bought three panties from a hawker but instead of taking them with her, the hawker delivered them to her house where the husband intercepted them.

As a result, the irate husband, who works at Gathigiriri GK Prison, has served the hawker with a notice “to either get himself out of the neighborhood or face drastic action from a rifle.”

Hawker Dan Kariuki sells second hand clothes in one of the many stalls in the town and the woman has been his loyal customer for the past two years. “I have sold her many items ranging from bikers, bras, scarves and other feminine items,” Kariuki says.

But on this particular day, he remembers selling this lady three pairs of panties.

“They were red, pink and white panties, and all of medium size. But because she was rushing off to a merry-go-round event with other women, she told me to pack them and she would pass by in the evening and collect them,” he says.

By closing time at 6.30 pm the woman had not collected the panties.

“Since she is my neighbour, I decided to drop the package off at her place. I did not know or even worry she had a husband,” Kariuki adds.

When he arrived at the house Kariuki knocked on the door, and the daughter who he had known since she was six years old opened it. Kariuki without a thought simply handed her the package which he had wrapped up in old newspaper.

Turning and walking away he heard someone whistle and shout at the same time. Looking back he saw a man running towards him carrying panties in his hands. “I instantly recognized them as the ones I had just delivered,” he says.

He says the man appeared very angry and the look on his face and the incoherent spewing from his mouth spelled danger.

“He wanted to know what authority I had to buy his wife underwear. He also accused me of using the garments as an enticement to seek sexual favours from the wife,” he recalls.

Kariuki says he got so confused since he was given no space to defend himself.

“He slapped me very hard across the face. He then kicked me in the ribs and all the time he was saying he would kill me like one of his prisoners. When he managed to run for his life, Kariuki says he slept in a lodging since he was afraid the man would follow him to his house with a rifle as he had threatened to do.

But the following day, the wife called him on his phone to offer her sympathies and inform him that she had been kicked out of the house.

“She appeared very much amused over the phone. She accused her husband of being an idiot who thinks women’s panties grow in the bedroom and all a woman needs to do is to pick them,”. He says he will not report the incident to the police since litigation is very costly and also because he fears the warder’s connections might do him harm.

President Bharrat Jagdeo of Guyana listening to Gay rights groups is now considering the repeal of laws which criminalizes consensual sexual conduct between persons of the same sex and cross-dressing and should be the subject to public consultations he said.

“I think this matter should be subjected to consultation,” he said when asked at a press conference on Monday, where he emphasized that the government has a responsibility to pay attention to what society feels.

However, he also indicated that there is need to strike a balance between the public’s feelings and the need to prevent discrimination. It doesn’t mean that you are going to follow it completely, because you have to make sure that society advances in rights and term and other ways, making sure people are not stigmatized, Jagdeo explained.

Crossdressing and Gay Sex Should be decrimalised

Last week, six gay rights groups wrote to President Jagdeo, urging him to stop arrests and end abuses against people on the grounds of their perceived sexual orientation or gender identity. The Caribbean Forum for Liberation and Acceptance of Genders and Sexualities, Global Rights, Guyana Rainbow Foundation, Human Rights Watch, International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission and the Society Against Sexual Orientation Discrimination (SASOD) specifically called for the repeal of the laws that criminalize wearing clothes considered appropriate only for the opposite sex. Women have not been prosecuted under the law.

A Cornish woman says she is still a virgin – at the age of 105.

Clara Meadmore says she decided as a child never to wed or have sex – and insists she has never missed it.

She told the Daily Mirror: “I’ve just never been interested in or fancied having sex. I imagine there is a lot of hassle involved and I have always been busy doing other things.

“I made my mind up at 12 never to marry and I’ve not gone back on that.”

Clara, born in 1903, instead spent her youth in Egypt, Canada and New Zealand before coming home in her 20s to become a secretary.

She added: “I’ve never had a boyfriend or been bothered about relationships. When I was a girl you had sex only with your husband.

“I’ve had lots of platonic friendships with men but never felt the need to go further.”

Clara now lives in a nursing home in Perranporth, Cornwall, and spends most of her time glued to Radio 4.

Best pal Josie Harvey, 72, who visits daily, said: “You’re as young as you feel. Clara is by no means 105 in many ways.

“Maybe never having a man under her feet has kept her young all these years.”
