Is it unhealthy for a girl not to wear panties
Sometimes my girlfriend goes without wearing panties. When I ask her she says its more comfortable and she also enjoys the danger and thrill of being naughty. That’s all very well but I heard its unhealthy because a girl can get an infection is that true? She mainly does it when she is wearing jeans or trousers. I don’t mind its kind of sexy, I’m just concerned.

She’ll be fine so long as the trousers aren’t too tight, because then she is actually increasing her risk for yeast infections and actually that is pretty gross not sexy.

Yes girls can get yeast infections down there easy if they don’t take care, bacteria can breed causing all sorts of problems even sexual diseases might be possible.
Even wearing panties, she is not completely protective….
Its kind of gross, but at least wear a thong with a cotton liner and always keep things clean.

She’s not going to get ill or anything, well unless she’s going around commando in a short skirt and sitting on really dirty seats. I go around commando all the time when I’m wearing trousers, there’s no harm and I have no vaginal problems.

Nowadays it’s fine because we have much better hygiene habits, daily baths and good quality toilet paper. People have not always had such good hygiene. Many years ago when people first started wearing underwear, their lifespan greatly increased. They needed that extra protection for their nasty behinds.
Starting in the 1950s panties became popular and soon were a super turn on for most men until the present time. Though some like yourself have a different view of the panty.
I am a man who finds panties very erotic.
