WARNING!!
Adonion are part of the Yesup Network which also runs 'clicksor' Anyway, Adonion was working great. Payouts for popunders were fantastic. I was quite excited about them until they were used as an intermediary for malicious adware links. So all of my search results (via google) would come up with a warning, 'visiting this site may harm your computer' I didn't lose my rankings, but my traffic crashed and so did my earnings. I removed all their banners and pop-ups and submitted my site to Google for a review. Within 24 hours all the warnings were gone and my traffic slowly crept back up. I lost about 4 days in total because of this. I sent my account rep an email figuring my site was not the only one infected. Her response was immediate assuring me they resolved the issue. But that's not good enough for me. So I've simply closed my account.

It also happened with another domain name that I also own. So in all it affected 2 of my sites. I also took off my 'clicksor' ads because they were running too slow messing up page loads. My page views dropped because of them, but went back up after I took them off.

As mentioned in this post none of these companies monitor or check the ads, all they want is the advertisers money. They don't care if the ads infect your web site, hoping they won't be noticed.

Hope this helps.

Virus in the Ads?
Hey,

I was logging into the CPanel when I received a Pop-under from Cicksor (This was the only site I had open and my PC is free of Adware.) Google chrome blocked the pop-under saying that it contained Malware and my anti virus (Avast Home Latest Version) showed me a warning
I also found that one of the CPanel ads loaded Java of some description (Java icon appeared in system tray) which could be dodgy.
I contacted Clicksor previously several times because their ad code slowed up my site and the only way to fix it was to remove the code. They said they would get their technicians on to it and I was to try adding the code again. It made no difference, in the end I ask them to pay me what little I earned and I would close my account.
This is what I recieved
    Hi Publisher,

    Our Clicksor Rep has been assisting you and replying your tickets/emails to resolve the problems. In regards to the inline text link, we have actually stated in the "Support" area of Clicksor Publisher Member area:

    1) Inline Text Link
    Publishers can manually disable the text links by changing the line of ad code
    'clicksor_enable_text_link = true'
    to
    'clicksor_enable_text_link = false'
    Please also contact our publisher representative to have the inline text link option removed from your site.
    2) IE Problem
    Based on the correspondence that you had with Amy (Clicksor Rep), she has tried hard to provide full customer support by following up with IT Dept to fix the IE problem. Since each of the website is using unique script, coding, our IT would require the collaboration from our publishers in providing needed info to test the ad code and locate the actual problem.

    As you may know, the different script writing could cause some conflicts and therefore, we have our IT Dept to assist us in resolving the problems for our publishers. It is recommended to resolve the problems for your website in order to maximize your monetizing opportunities. However, you have chosen to remove our ad code and we are not able to locate the actual problem for you.

    3) Malicious Ad
    This could be due to a violated ad campaign that uses our network to deliver malicious ad. We would need the Ad URL, Visitor's IP address, or time and date to locate the advertisement and suspend it immediately. If you have the data, please provide them to us as soon as possible.
Just thought that I should tell you!

<blockquote>Take This Survey And Help Us Improve Our Publisher Services For You

Hi,

Clicksor is sending you a survey to give us a little feedback on how we are doing as a Publisher Network.

We are gearing up for some improvements to our network and we thought you might be interested in making a contribution to our decisions.

This is your chance to let us know what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong, so we can improve our services and your over all experiences at Clicksor.com.</blockquote>

<font color=#FF0000>A survey will not change your bad reputation, just filter out malicious advertisers and increase publisher earnings (one of the lowest in the industry) and you should start to make a recovery....Simple</font>

The bu250.com server is hosted with 5 other websites one of them being Angege.com which resolves to paypopup.com which is clicksor. The more you delve into this the dirtier it gets.

I suspect Clicksor is more than responsible for the distribution of Malware, and are fully aware of what they are serving before any reports.
