Australian Upskirter Put on a 12 month Good Behaviour Bond

Australian – Upskirt – News reports a upskirter who made a mobile phone video recording under a woman’s skirt has had his conviction recorded after an Adelaide magistrate said there was a risk he might re offend.

Darren William Kurtzer, 44, pleaded guilty to indecently filming a woman in the city last March, having bent down to pretend he was tying his shoe.

The magistrate said a message had to be sent to other upskirters that the behaviour was inappropriate.

He put Kurtzer on a 12-month good behavior bond and ordered him to get therapy.
